Bobby was shot in the chest Sept 8, 2010. Apparently, not as stable a condition as they thought as he died the next day:
A rural Mississippi County man is listed in critical, but stable condition at The Regional Medical Center in Memphis, after being shot once Sunday evening. Bobby Whitaker, 24, of the Half Moon community was shot once in the chest with a small caliber handgun.
