Well, reading all the articles, I don't even think she was a working mom. It sounds like she was one of the wealthy NY moms who hires a nanny to help them wrangle the kids. (I had friends who nannied for stay-at-home 'mom' rich people who had three nannies to two kids). It says she was their primary caretaker up until the third kid. I can understand that. If I was trying to watch over three kids at once and had the ability to hire an assistant, I would.
