http://www.theweeklyvice.com/2012/08...consuming.htmlTempe, Ariz. (The Weekly Vice) - Noah McQueen, an 18-year-old Arizona man was jailed after he allegedly got high on bath salts, then engaged in a bloody battle with imaginary bugs inside a Coffee shop restroom.
According to police, officers were dispatched to Extreme Bean Coffee Company after store employees saw a jittery man run to the restroom, barricade himself inside it and engage in what could only be described as a complete meltdown.
Officers arrived to find McQueen still locked inside the restroom while complaining that he was beating "eaten alive" by bugs. When officers broke down the door, they found McQueen naked, with a large amount of blood splatter on the walls and floor. McQueen destroyed a mirror inside the restroom and couldn't understand why officers were unable to see the bugs that were eating at his flesh.
Investigators say officers were able to get McQueen calmed down enough to get him to a local hospital for treatment and observation. McQueen later admitted to ingesting bath salts.
McQueen hasn't been booked into jail yet, but will face criminal damage charges once he is released from the hospital. The mugshot above was obtained during his arrest for trespassing and disorderly conduct in February.
