PEORIA, IL - David K. Barr, 24, of Peoria passed away on Sunday June 17, 2012 at the emergency room at OSF St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born on November 9, 1987 in Peoria, the son of David K. and Brenda L. Terrell Barr.
Surviving are one daughter Tahlia and his twin sons David and Dominic and their mother Ashley Lohman all of Peoria. Also surviving is his mother Brenda Coy of Eureka, and his father of Bay View Gardens as well as two sisters Brandy (Paul K. Ishikawa) Barr of Bay View Gardens, and Atina (Jeremy Williams) Barr of Eureka, one brother Damian Coy of Bay View Gardens. Further surviving are 8 nieces and nephews.
He was a machinist working previously at Kelly Services in Peoria. He was most recently a self-employed tattoo artist.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
