I think the only person that needs to get their facts straight is you.
This is myDEATHspace.com, not some website for you to ramble on about your incarcerated husband. Yeah, someone ASKED who shot her, but you provided a decent amount of links to message boards devoted to that for people to read so they can form their own opinions. I was simply implying that if someone wants to know the story behind this case, they should probably search the victim considering it's about HER murder. This isn't about you and your man.

After she passed out from drinking, Gambill said, the teens "freaked out," believing she might later accuse them of rape. They dressed her, loaded her in a pickup and drove in darkness through the back roads of southern Oklahoma.

"I couldn't ever look at her face," Gambill said in a court document. "I knew that it was too late. We had done kidnapped her."

At the bridge over the creek, the teens pulled Heather from the truck. Wood, he said, was the trigger man, shooting Heather in the back of the head and then firing the remaining eight shells into her back.

Okay, they are all drunk, she has "consensual" sex with whoever....and then she passes out. They then freak out because they were afraid she was going to accuse them of rape, so they kidnap her and kill her??!

If the sex was consensual, why would they freak out about rape?? hmmm....
