The exact address of the building is:
15 EAST 32ND STREET
NYC, 10016
Being it was on the 4th floor, a number of names popped up but there are 3 major execs at Catch NY...One is in his 40's....

Okay so I found the fbs for two of the ad guys - both are locked up tight, so I can't see any RIP messages.
I did that too peace, but I also figure that the company employed more than the three guys on the website, so it could be anyone really.
I got this from the comments

Unfortunately I witnessed this man falling out of the window on my way to have dinner at Ichiumi. He was not pushed from what I could see from outside; didn't see anyone in the building but him. From the outside he looked enraged and angry, he was throwing things out of the window and started pounding the window with his palms. The glass broke and he climbed out of the window; not sure what he was trying to do at this time but he got out the window and was holding on to the ledge; however his grip was not strong enough and he plummeted to the pavement. Several bystanders went to help him; one said he still has a pulse. Its sad that he died in such a horrible way.
The more I think about it, the more I feel like this wasn't one of the execs. It was probably an employee that was overwhelmed and underpaid who just completely lost it. If it were one of the big bosses, I would think we'd hear about it either through the news or FB postings, obits etc. Pure speculation , but a gut feeling.
The Catch ad agency has a tribute to an employee on their website now.

It says:
Our Guy.
We are heartbroken by the loss of our friend and colleague David Caquias.
He was a sweet, loyal and lovable man, dedicated to his family at home and at Catch. We will miss him always.
To honor his memory, help his family and carry on his spirit, Catch has established the David Caquias Family Education Fund.
Everyone at Catch appreciates your support.
What?
A numbers cruncher at a Manhattan ad firm suddenly decided that the office mannequins were out for his blood ? so he jumped to his death from a fourth-floor window to escape their wrath, sources told The Post on Thursday.
?They?re after me! They?re after me!? David Caquais, 43, shouted while frantically pointing at the blank-faced dummies in the Garment District offices of Catch NY around 9 p.m. Jan. 2.
?This guy?s running around . . . he?s kicking the window panes. He?s using his fists, his elbows, trying to get one window pane open,? said a worker at Avalon hotel across the street.
?He?s yelling all kinds of things . . . He goes to a fourth window, and that?s when he gets enough room to get his body through . . . and he jumps,? the witness said.
?The last thing in my mind was that he was going to take a swan dive,? he added.
The mannequins ? both male and female ? were set up at the shop as part of a retail project, an owner of the firm said.
It?s not the first time Caquais, who had worked for the firm ?at least a couple years,? had acted strangely, the owner said.
?Whatever problems he?s had in the past kind of have come back to haunt him,? the owner said.
He had a history of trouble with drugs, the owner said. But he added, ?I mean, he was a sweet, lovable guy . . . just sort of an office favorite.?
Caquais, a father of three, lived on Staten Island with his wife, Rosa.
A co-worker told cops he believed Caquais was high on PCP ? though a neighbor said, ?I?ve never heard of him taking drugs . . . He?s a very nice guy.?
Catch NY calls itself a branding and strategy ?think tank with a super-powered herd of nerds,? according to the company website.
Its employees include ?a collection of hipster artistes, tech gurus, a barrage of bean counters, and phone-attached-to-the-face client-huggers,? it notes.
Caquais? funeral was Thursday at Our Lady Help of Christians R.C. Church

Damn. That's sad. Pcp isn't a joke. Why anyone would take that mess is, I don't understand.
Maybe he was a fan of Doctor Who?
I highly doubt he was on PCP at work. It sounds like he had a history of odd behavior and everyone shrugged and said "it must be drugs".
It sounds like he was a paranoid schizophrenic. Too bad he didn't get the help he needed before it was too late.
I'm confused about who the owner is that the article refers to. Surely not one of the ad agency owners would give an interview like that?
