I put mac and cheese out at a mostly vegan party yesterday.
It lasted about ten minutes.

Hahaha, that's awesome. Evil Bowie.
I have seen the future and I'm fairly relieved to say, it looks nothing like me.
I kind of wondered!

I hope it was Kraft Mac & Cheese from the box. I love that shit.
my uncles, father-in-law and some other folks i know do this. they say having the bone boiling in the water, it makes the marrow taste well. they also say the broth that is made with the bones is so much better with the bone with marrow in it. i can only say it seems to be true with menudo and caldo de res. i kinda want to try the marrow out itself.
They seem to over compensate with oils (9kcal per gram adds up) with some dishes. Vegan dishes I buy are always delicious, but calorie laden. Flax oil in smoothies, maybe? Dressing in wrap?

Mmm. Yes, avocado is a lot of calories, but so worth it. Delicious, lowers the HDL, etc. That still really doesn't sound like much at all. Are you on a 1000 kcal/day?

I admit, while I am down to eat whatever wherever, I usually draw the line at tempeh. I probably should try it again but I enjoy the fake processed meat flavor with the fillers that mock substance. Am I just mistaken altogether about tempeh??
And yeah, just like cheese pizza, fake or not, Mac and cheese is always gone first.
