Jake Wolvin (17) committed suicide by gunshot

I saw a few RIP bulletins for this kid, yet I cant find anything on his death. I'm pretty bad at this I guess because I can't even find a death notice. I know this is real, and that he is dead because his service was today and they mentioned his death at My (old) High school. Rumor is suicide while stoned but I have no idea how accurate that is.

Yeah that does seem to be his girlfriends page, good find. or at least his best friends page, but i'm guessing both because her friend commented that he was a babe.

i didnt know him very well..
but i still knew him.
we have had some classes together,

i have heard about people knowing someone who did this.. but..
i have never known anyone.. and i never thought i would..
but i guess i did.. =[ and its very sad.

Great find! Heck I didn't even know the kids still used LJ's.  and If he really did kill himself by gunshot while he was high that's song fits way to well. (as I said, what I heard through the grapevine by a not so trusted source.)

It says best friend, it sort of seems like they dated by the way her friends were telling her he was a babe and what not, that or she wanted to take it to the next level. Yet I still call my boyfriend my best friend because he was for years before we got together... anythings possible right?

yeah, that's what I'm wondering. besides his friends posting there is nothing about him anywhere, no obit, no family writing anything. If I didn't know for a fact it was true I'd question if it was a faked death or not... It just bothers me that nothing is really out there about him.

Apparently there was one in the paper, according to my moms friend. It's not even listed in the local paper online which this has to be the biggest story we've had in a while (kind of sad...) I don't know how hush hush it was due to the fact they announced it at the school which isn't something they usually do.
Also most cases kids around here aren't poor. I don't think his parents wouldn't have paid for an orbit, people around here  might not have the biggest house but even the local bum has a fat stash of cash  :? and a bank account...

I hope I'm not alone in this.  But whenever I hear someone committed suicide my first thought is ALWAYS...how.  How did they do it?  Then I wonder, why do I need to know this?
