It fucking sucks that passed, but I think they have a good chance of it getting tossed out in court. It's bullshit and all it will do is hurt Los Angeles financially. I want to know how they're going to go about filling the position of hiring someone to go to every porn set and check for condoms and dental dams.

It's not going to happen. It would have to be a whole agency on it's own in order to enforce that kind of law and we (LA City) don't have the ability to pay for that kind of workforce. It's bullshit. But what is more bullshit is that there are people voting on something they clearly don't understand as the porn industry is cleaner than a church on Sunday with how much they have to get tested.

You know the underlying reason why it passed at all was the people voting yes because they believe these porn stars are bringing diseases to the public. Ignoramuses.
