I don't know. This isn't even the first time something like this has happened. I remember there was some guy who was arrested for child porn on his computer or something, and I believe he was also in the middle of making travel arrangements to meet an online girlfriend so he could molest her kids. Something like that. I don't remember the names or anything.

I know this is an older article but (I'm sure nuts will be excited to know) that I grew up in Helena. It's a small "town" of about 600 people. I'm surprised that I didn't hear about this. I'm sure I know the 17 year-old's family that is involved in this. For other info - BG is 30 miles from Helena so I'm just wondering how they would know each other. I've never heard of this guy or the last name.

I was reading his court documents and he's been charged with multiple felonies. He's being represented by a court-appointed attorney and plead not-guilty by reason of insanity. As of May 9th they are setting a pretrial hearing with the prosecutions experts to discuss his claim on July 9th.

Andrew is my 2nd cousin, we were close. I did not see this coming up until the day he got arrested at my mothers work. His everyday persona was like anyone else s. He was kind and very sweet. The fact he would do such a terrible thing is beyond me, and I will never know the reason. If I get the chance and see him again. I will ask what he was thinking. He deserves to rot in prison, as does the girl who received the pictures. She was 1 grade ahead of me, and she was in my class. After getting those pictures she insisted on he and her having a child together and also doing those things to the child. They bother are getting what the deserve. She turned 18 prior to getting arrested so she didnt get off easy, she went to prison. no-one in the family seen this coming. It is sad to know people like this live within our society, and most of us are oblivious to the truth.

Seconded. That's a hell of a thing for the innocent family members to deal with & I can't imagine it would be a great experience having everyone know you're related to someone like this while you're in your teens or still at school - kids can be arseholes over far less.

This chick sounds every bit as twisted as the guy. Nasty, nasty disgusting people. I hope that there were no other victims. I am glad they both got busted early in their careers as pedo pervs. I would hope this would hinder any future endeavors in baby sitting gigs for both. At least they didn't fly under the radar for too long and people will watch them closely once they get out of jail. I don't think girlie girl will have an easy stint in jail. If I was this dude's second cousin, I wouldn't politely ask him why he raped a baby. I'd be beating the shit out of him!
