6-year-old Brings Crack Pipe and Meth to School for Show & Tell

SWEET SPRINGS, Mo. -- A mother in Missouri is in trouble with the law after her 6-year-old son brought a crack pipe and bags of methamphetamine to school for show and tell.

32-year-old Michelle Cheatam was charged last week with possession and child endangerment.

According to court documents, the boy's kindergarten teacher "had asked children... to bring pictures of their family for show and tell."

The boy brought "a crack pipe" and "several baggies" of rocks, which "later tested positive for methamphetamine," the court papers state.

Police say the drugs weighed about one ounce, and had a street value of around $3,700.

Neighbors say Cheatam's drug activity began after her husband died in a car accident about 7 months ago.

The boy is now being cared for by relatives.

I agree! I ALWAYS wonder how addicts get loaded on $500+ worth of drugs a day with no job or any type of income at all. Poor kid.

After getting into an argument with my aunt, my uncle was killed trying to go through the guard rails and beat the train. My aunt did every kind of drug possible after that, my cousin came home from school and saw her getting shot up by my uncle's best friend once. I don't think it matters what kind of drug it is, as long as it's an escape.

Anyways, I did shit like drinking shit loads of water and obsessively brushing my teeth, eating fruit and slamming slim fast. Of course it depends on how you do it too, people that shoot up lose their teeth pretty fast and then finally how clean the dope is. No doubt about it though it does wreck your body, but I didn't know anyone that looked like the typical faces of meth pictures in our circle, just sayin'
