I haven't heard anyone complain about the comic v the movie and believe you me, I know a lot of Batman nerds. Oh and I still haven't seen The Dark Knight Rises. For as quickly as I was hyped for the movie, it diminished equally as fast. Guess I'll wait for the Blu Ray.
I STRONGLY recommend you see it in a theater. Those movies are meant for huge screens.

I'm just kind of meh on it when I think about it. The reason the Dark Knight was good was because of Heath Ledger. I've never been a huge fan of Christian Bale's Batman. If anything he was the least important part of The Dark Knight along with the finance guy that was good with "calcalation." Bane just doesn't excite me as much as The Joker either. I'm sure it's a good movie, but as far as being excited for it? Not much.

They did a great job making Bane really menacing, and this bulked up Batman/Bruce Wayne considerably. The only issues I had had to do with the ending but otherwise there wasn't a second of that movie that dragged. Anne Hathaway was shockingly great as catwoman.

Anne was GREAT! I liked the ending and Third Rock kid a lot. I don't see how people thought it dragged. A lot of shit was going on. If it were shorter it would have needed a Rocky montage.

Hey, I'm with you on your first two. Napoleon Dynamite didn't get big until it released on DVD. I was one of the few that saw it in the theater and it's the only movie I've ever wanted to walk out of.
Yea, usually I can get interested in the story or want to see where they're going with it. That was probably the worst piece of crap I have ever seen.
If I saw that in the theater, I seriously would have asked for my money back. I came to see a major motion pitcure, and that was not what was presented. They may as well have put a turd on the screen for 90 minutes, but at points that would have actually been entertaining and/or funny.
