I don't give a shit about Robin Hood. Never have. And NO you can't have my man card.
The Mel Brooks one was good though.

That's how I got introduced to Robin Hood. I thought it was the real story.
Can anyone figure out what this movie is?
It's got Demi Moore in it as some pregnant lady and she's trying to stop the execution of a down's syndrome guy. This priest goes crazy and shoots her and the guy who's being executed.
Okay thanks.

Thank you :-)
random obscure movie memory..
When I was younger I remember watching a movie. There was a little person involved. They came back into a room they had presumably just left not long before and there was a lady who had been sitting in a chair when they left and she was long dead (like mummy and spiderwebs long dead) upon the return.
That scene fucked with me for a long time. But I cannot remember the movie. I thought it might be willow but i may just be on crack. Halp.

From your very few posts I'd say a living Gilda Radner would be more appropriate.

Was that an insult or a compliment? I think it was a compliment... but compliments seem to be rare here when people don't know you. I hadn't heard of her before so I googled. She died when I was 4 and I've never seen the old episodes of Saturday Night Live (I live in Australia). Anyway, I hope she was a good comedian. I don't think I'm good at being funny so maybe that's why I suspect it was sarcasm.
I'm rambling. Insecure? Shit I don't know. I don't care if it was an insult, it just fucks with me when I don't know what someone means and I'm none too good at picking up on subtleties.

Awesome love then, I gave him karma at the time. Just since then I was like "I don't understand what anyone is saying anymore ". I have a bad track record with picking up on sarcasm, subtle insults and so on. My heritage is pure aspie on my father’s side so yeah, i don't know.

By aspie I mean Asperger's syndrome: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Asperger_syndrome
I really am a real live Australian person. I think the situation with the Aboriginals is complicated and terrible (many of them live a third world life in a developed country). I'm pissed off that the government isn't trying harder to help them by putting some more creative programs in place, actually listening to them and working to ensure their culture survives; we have very few aboriginals in parliament so they don't have the political power they need. At the same time, the media spends so much time focusing on non-functional Aboriginals. There are actually a number of successful, powerful Aboriginals and it'd be nice to here about them more often. On a personal level, I grew up in the country and a large proportion of the population was Indigenous. While many in the community had problems with alcohol and petrol sniffing, the Aboriginal kids in high school were typically kinder, more respectful and mature than the white folk.
Oh and I've made my choice! I will be played by Gilda Radner wearing a strap on.

Yeah, it's a really bad problem in some Indiginous communities. You chould watch the film Sampson and Delilah if you can find it in the states or download it. Check it out here: http://www.abc.net.au/atthemovies/txt/s2542612.htm. It's a very good Australian film staring indiginous Australians (the two leads are fantastic) and the issue of petrol sniffing is involved.
To bring this back to topic. Buy Black Dynamite.
