Just cos the soundtrack is emotionally manipulating. The movie itself is strongest with Mcgregor, weakest when rooted in the 'reality base' present.

depends on what type of movie you feel like seeing.
The Other Boleyn Girl was pretty good.
It had its slow moments, but I was entertained.
It's more of a drama, while Superbad is funny.
Never saw Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins.

If only one were made for the bigscreen with an actual multi million dollar budget to back it up.

I've only seen The Other Boleyn Girl out of those 3. I only watched it because I love the book and wanted to see what the film was like. I understand that films usually don't do the book justice, and this was another example.
It was ok. Mediocre really.
I suppose I would have enjoyed it more had I not read the book first. ![]()
Anyone who says onions make you cry has clearly never been hit in the face with a turnip.

Are either City of God or Bottle Rocket worth watching? I've had them forever and want to send them back.

[/quote]Well, to one person you may be the world, but in my world, you're just one person.
I'll rephrase: I want to send both of my Netflixes back tomorrow and am not going to watch both movies tonight. Which one do I watch?

Watch both. Bottlerocket is barely 90 minutes.
I'd go with city of god. But it's pretty heavy and violent. If you're not in the mood for that then go with Bottle Rocket.
