So this is really embarassing but..My parents wouldn't allow me to see it more than once in the theater (I was 11 at the time, so I needed permission, and someone to drive lol).

So once I was able to buy it (It came out the day after my birthday, you bet your ass it was my 12th birthday gift haha) I watched it once a week, every week. If I missed watching it one week, I'd watch it twice the next.

I loved me some Leo.

I would never see that movie.  Somehow, the studio producing it got a permit for them to reenact the scene in front of the Dakota, where Yoko still lives.  She wrote a very polite letter asking them to please consider building a sound stage, seeing as she didn't want the most horrible day of her life acted out take after take in front of her residence, and the guy was like 'FUCK YOU YOKO' and then later claimed the movie was dedicated to her and blah blah.
