http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotlan...-west-15021553A body found in North Lanarkshire last week has been formally identified as missing man Graeme Ferry.The 25-year-old was last seen in his home town of Bellshill on 2 April. His body was found in the nearby Cleland area on 12 September.
Police said his family had been informed about the identification.
Three men - Andrew Shilliday, 38, Garry Smith, 33, and Michael Archibald, 30 - have appeared in court, charged with Mr Ferry's murder.
They were also charged with attempting to defeat the ends of justice and remanded in custody at Hamilton Sheriff Court.
Two women, aged 30 and 26, have also been arrested in relation to the inquiry.
