Even as a huge pit bull advocate, I do agree this one needs to go. There's a difference between advocating for a breed, and being naive. ALTHOUGH- my pibbie loving brain does go to the fact that this dog more than likely wasn't neutered, which a responsible owner would most definitely do, so unfortunately like 99% of these cases, I think it does stem back to the owners. BUT, yes, he needs to be put down. Most of those people asking to adopt him more than likely don't have the resources/knowledge to rehabilitate a pit bull. But it is definitely possible, (see: Michael Vick's dogs that are now therapy dogs). But again, before Chauncy comes in calling me PETA, yes, this dog needs needs to be put down.
Terrible sad. Poor baby. I hope he doesn't remember this.
