Pines woman accused of using stun gun after catching lovers in bed
By Ihosvani Rodriguez, Sun Sentinel
MARGATE?
Sometimes the wrath of a woman scorned includes the use of a stun gun.
Eva Hartman, 34, was arrested after catching her child?s father in bed having sex with another woman and then repeatedly shocking the morning lovers with a stun gun, according to a police report.
The stunned Lothario, Alvin Hennis, 42, was in Broward Court Judge John ?Jay? Hurley?s courtroom on Thursday trying to help Hartman out of jail. Hennis and Hartman have a three-year-old daughter together.
?It was pretty much my fault,? Hennis told the judge. ?We were supposed to do something together that morning and I forgot. I went to my house and things happened.?
According to a Margate Police report, this is what happened:
Sometime early Wednesday morning, Hartman, who lives in Pembroke Pines, walked into Hennis? Margate home through an unlocked door. She went into the master bedroom and found the nude couple in bed. Hennis told police that at the time he was ?being intimate? with his current girlfriend, Cordelia Rose, 32.
Hennis told police that Hartman stormed the bed yelling ?You and I just had sex last night.?
Hartman then shocked the man on the left arm with a stun gun that was attached to her key chain.
She then turned her fury against Rose, stunning her several times as well.
The type of stun gun was not described on the police report.
The report said Hennis separated the two women and pushed Hartman out of his house.
Rose told police that her boyfriend ordered her to stay in the locked bedroom as Hartman and Hennis were fighting outside. But Rose went out of the house through a window. Trying to make it to her car, she was stunned on her neck and arm by Hartman?s device, according to the report.
Hartman left the house in Hennis? car. She was arrested at her home in Pembroke Pines shortly before noon Wednesday.
Nobody needed medical treatment after the incident, according to police.
During Thursday?s hearing, Hennis appeared apologetic while Hartman, dressed in brown jail garb, could be seen trying to hold back laughter. At one point, Hartman and several other inmates who were awaiting their hearings burst out laughing as Hennis urged the judge to be lenient on his child?s mom.
?She is a super mother and a hard worker. I think she got emotional by what she saw,? Hennis told Hurley. ?It was all my fault.?
?I could imagine things could get very emotional,? Hurley answered.
?Oh, things got very emotional,? Hennis said. ?Very emotional.?
Hartman was released from jail on Thursday after posting a $2,500 bond. She could not be reached for comments on Friday. She is facing one count of domestic battery and one count of simple battery, both misdemeanors and was ordered not to have any contact with the shocked couple while she awaits trial.
She also isn?t allowed to carry a stun gun.
Well, he did Fuck her the night before..
Sounds like she wasn't all that good in bed. The only 'spark' she could give him was with a taser.
Murderer's corpse dragged from car, eaten by bear in Canada
By Alastair Jamieson, msnbc.com
The body of a missing convicted murderer was dragged out of a car by a bear that ate part of it and buried the rest, authorities in Canada said Saturday, according to reports.
Rory Nelson Wagner, 53, was out on parole from a murder sentence when he vanished from Kamloops, British Columbia, on May 23, CTV reported.
The black bear was later euthanized by conservation officers, CTV said late Saturday.
The Vancouver Sun said Wagner and two others were charged with killing a man who they believed had sexually assaulted their family member.
Wagner eventually pleaded guilty to murder and was convicted in 1996, according to BCLocalNews.com. Parole documents show the murder victim was charged with the sexual assault but found not guilty shortly before the killing.
Hunters came across the remains after finding an abandoned Volkswagen Jetta on a logging road. The bear pulled Wagner?s corpse from the vehicle through an open window and buried him under a pile of dirt and vegetation. When the hunters made the grisly find, the bear was still in the area, protecting the food stash, BCLocalNews reported.
Conservation officer Darcy MacPhee told CTV: ?The bite mark measurements that we had from the body matched perfectly with the teeth on that [euthanized] bear, so we were confident that we had the animal that had been feeding on this person.?
There were conflicting reports about whether Wagner had committed suicide in the car, ahead of autopsy and toxicology tests to determine the likely cause of death.
"It's not going to be particularly difficult. In any case, it does take several weeks for toxicology results to come back. It's fairly standard," coroner Mark Coleman told the Vancouver Sun.
Why do they always put down the animal? So fucked up.
they guy was already dead, its not like the bear mauled him to death. i agree, fuck people.

That being said, hey NY folks, I wanna Brooklyn dollar.DAVIS—
Typically, you’d have to go across the border to find different kinds of currency. But, 20 minutes from Sacramento, you will be able to find a Davis Dollar .
“It’s a local currency that encourages people to spend locally in Davis,” said Nicolas Barry, the Davis Dollars program director
Community currency is not a new idea to bolster a local economy. During the great depression, stamp scripts became very popular.

But, Davis Dollars have a one-to-one ratio, meaning one Davis Dollar can be purchased for one U.S. dollar.
So how does this help the local economy?
“Spend one dollar at a big box store and only about 6 to 10 cents of that stays local. And if you spend that money at a local mom and pop shop, about 60 cents stay local … And if you spend one Davis Dollar locally, 100 cents of that stay local," Barry said.
Davis isn’t the only place that does community currency, communities in Brooklyn, Phila, portalnd and Ithaca New York have had their own currency for decades.
Fuck people, eh? That's a nice, healthy, serial killer attitude you both have.
I always sideeye people that say this kinda shit. Weirdos.
Oh, so the safety of some random wild animal isn't above the general public? Wow, there's a groundbreaking opinion right there.
i think feeling like you need to kill a bear just because it ate something that was already dead is weird. i respect your opinion, but if you're going to kill every bear who would eat a dead human they happen to come across when they're hungry than we should probably just take them all out now.
a smite for that? you're hysterical, ron.
I think that once an animal developes a taste for human flesh it'll become dangerous and deadly.
It isn't so much a taste for human flesh... wild animals are like Willy Sutton. They go where the money is. If it's easier to hunt bunnies and sheep that's what they'll do. But once a bear/wolf/cougar/whathaveyou realizes just how easy people are? Well then they're on the next hiker that comes by. If the only experience Notso Gentle Ben has with people is scary and unsatisfying, he'll leave the area when he catches wind of people. If on the other hand he raids a VW with a predead people? Well he's gonna be a threat from here on out.
