Pages redirecting to errorsafe and system doctor?

I hope this isn't just me but from both my home computer and work computer, on some pages in the forum that I click on, I get redirected to an error safe page telling me to download some crap spy ware or whatever it is.  I got it last night from home but am now at work and getting it here too.

    Anyone else?

I was looking at someone's profile and clicked on the link to the topic that they had commented in and approx. 300 windows attempted to open up.  :-o
I'm on IE at work and haven't tried it at home yet.

It's doing my head in!  It redirects me to system doctor too and keeps asking if I want to download.

I got the same shit.  Work and home also.  It's why I started using Opera browser - but I still like IE better.

Errorscan is malware.  They've probably attached to an ad and that's why we are getting it.

Me too. Even if I say yes and download, I can't open it. Therefore, I can't get to any of the new articles. It wasn't doing that this morning.

O.k., I was using a Yahoo browser. Don't know what it really is. I closed that and went to IE and got in fine.

I've found that closing the browser is the easiest thing.  Either that or hitting the back button a few times really quickly.

On a different note, has anyone typed their load and gone to use a smiley thing, only to have it wipe your entire message??  now THAT annoys me.

Yes I hate when it wipes the whole message.

If you turn spell check off, it doesn't do it for some reason.

There's spell check?  Ah yes... what a sneaky little  that was.  I always wondered why some words came up yellow.

You don't have to keep spell check off.  J said to turn it off and then on and the problem will vanish.

Can you please provide a screenshot when this happens?

I can contact the company responsible for serving our ads.  Redirection is a violation of their TOS.

If we can find the culprit, I can have them removed from their network.

J, both mine and Olivia's links say 'cachebuster'.

Not sure what that is but ran a search and maybe this will help you?

I was getting that too, I use Mozilla.

It was really pissing me off.

I did a full scan of my PC and then did a search for Winantivirus and Errorsafe and deleted any files with those names.

It hasn't happened since, fingers crossed.

    Nope still doing it -

J it seems to be downloading files into my computer or something because when I do a search and delete them, they have magically reappeared next time I do a search

When I open the notebook file this comes up

It's driving me mad as well, haven't been able to use MDS for days now because of this pop-up, my usual spyware searching thingy and virus checker are finding nothing but I'm losing patience.
