A 59-year-old woman accused of banging on her neighbor's door and twisting the neighbor's breasts landed behind bars, according to a recently released Martin County Sheriff's office report.
The alleged torquing of the bosoms happened Sept. 1 in the 1800 block of Northeast Lima Calle in Jensen Beach as the twisting victim said she, her husband and a friend were having dinner.
The 41-year-old victim said she heard "loud banging" on a door to the garage, and found it was her neighbor, Barbara White. Four years prior, deputies gave White, 59, a formal notice not to go on the victim's property or face possible arrest.
The victim told White she needed to leave, and said White "seemed intoxicated and was very nasty to her and started to threaten her," the report states.
White again was told to take off, and looked to be getting upset with the instructions to vacate the premises.
"Just then, (White) reached out and grabbed the victim's breasts and twisted them," the report states.
The victim got pushed down.
"The victim started to defend herself and grabbed (White's) hair and anything she could get a hold of," the report states. "The two wrestled on the ground for awhile before the victim's husband and the friend came out and separated the two."
White again was told to leave, but didn't.
The victim had red marks on her knees, and rescue workers determined her left breast sustained bruising.
The report didn't specify whether the twisting occurred in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction or in a combination of the two.
White, of the 600 block of Northeast Maranta Terrado, faces charges including burglary (with a battery) and battery.
