"DOVER - Peter S. Giannetti, 26, of Dover, died August 13, 2010, at Kent General Hospital. He was born on Sept. 2, 1983, in Dover. Peter is preceded in death by his mother, Teresa Locklin. He is survived by his son, Peter S. Giannetti, Jr.; his father, Leo Lewis; brothers, Eric Tomko and Donald Grissom III; companion, Jessica Hughes; and an extended family of nieces, nephews and friends. A service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 19, 2010, at the Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather two hours earlier. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery, Dover. In lieu of flowers, there will be memorial envelopes at the funeral home for his son. Letters of condolences can be sent via www.pippinfuneralhome.com."

That link brought me to a blank page.  So I searched his name on that site and came up with nothing.

Finally, this thread can be moved to the "Solved" section! Peter Giannetti was shot to death:

Delaware State Police have brought formal charges against a 15-year-old who allegedly shot a man Aug. 9.

Rasaun L. Harris, of White Oak Road, was brought from the William M. Stevenson Detention Center, Milford, Aug. 23 and arraigned via video at Kent County Family Court, said police spokesman Sgt. Walter W. Newton.

The 26-year-old victim, who suffered gunshot wounds to the upper chest, succumbed to his injuries Aug. 12. His name has not been released.

Harris was charged with first-degree murder in addition to prior charges of possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and possession of a firearm by a person prohibited.

He is being held without bail at the Stevenson Center, Newton said.

Do you actually call it "shot to death" when someone dies a couple of days later? Whatever, he was shot and he died from his injuries, you know what I mean.
