Dawn M. King of Bensalem died Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at her home. She was 27.
Born in Mount Holly, N.J., Dawn had been a resident of Bensalem since 1995.
She was a member of the first graduating class of the Bucks County Technical High School Culinary Arts and Hotel Management program.
Daughter of the late Linda King, Dawn is survived by her loving father, Richard, and his wife, Carolyn Mitzen.
She will be sadly missed by five stepsisters, Carolyn Haigh and her husband, Richard, of Levittown, Charlene Sherman of Fairless Hills, Kimberly Molloy and her husband, Bernie, of Levittown, Kelly Sokoloski and her husband, Dean, of Bensalem, and Christine Knoell and her husband, Billy, of Langhorne.
Dawn was the niece of Doris King of Heightstown, N.J., and Bobby and Frankie King of New Jersey.
She also is survived by a brother, Gary King, of New Jersey, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30 until 11 a.m. Friday at James J. Dougherty Funeral Home, 2200 Trenton Road, Levittown where her funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Rosedale Memorial Park.
