This is so fucking retarded, in my opinion.  This kid definitely had something to do with Natalee Holloway's disappearance.  I hope they will take it more serious now that he has killed a second person.

He's a disgusting piece of crap whose used his money to get away with murder and taunt a family who deserves answers, and I can't think of anything that would provide more justice than spending the rest of his life, which will probably be short, rotting in a central American jail.

Peruvian newspaper El Comercio reports that Stephany Tatiana Flores Ramirez was found dead inside a room at the hotel Tac in the Miraflores district this morning. The woman had been stabbed and wrapped in a blanket.

Family members of the victim say she was last seen with van der Sloot at a local casino. The hotel room in which her body was found was also reportedly registered in van der Sloot's name.

The International Criminal Police Organization has issued an arrest warrant for van der Sloot; however, ABC News is reporting that he has already left the country and is believed to be en route to Argentina.

This latest news comes just three days after the anniversary of Holloway's unsolved disappearance.

Holloway, from Mountain Brook, Ala., disappeared May 30, 2005, while on a trip to Aruba to celebrate her high school graduation. Her body has never been found.

Holloway's classmates said they last saw her leaving an Oranjestad nightclub called Carlos 'n Charlie's with van der Sloot, then a 17-year-old Dutch honors student living in Aruba, and his two friends, Surinamese brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe. All three were arrested, but they were released without charge.

From the outset, van der Sloot allegedly has made multiple confessions in the case, each varying significantly. As a result, Aruban prosecutors have deemed them a mixture of "lies and fantasy" and have decided not to take action against him.

Holloway's family has not yet commented on today's developments.

The victim's father, circus empresario and former race car driver Ricardo Flores, says his daughter dropped off some girlfriends at 2:35 a.m. then apparently returned to the casino. She and van der Sloot were seen entering the hotel room about 5 a.m., said Guardia, and the Dutchman departed alone about four hours later.

"We have an interview with a worker at the hotel who says she saw this foreigner with the victim enter his room," said Guardia.

Stephany Flores' body was found face down on the hotel room floor on Wednesday, abrasions on her face and body, and signs of trauma, the police general said. He said she was clothed.

Asked if she had been asphyxiated, Guardia said he was awaiting autopsy results for the exact cause of death.
