I want to say the guy's name was Jason Castro, if not, something very similar.
Travis Alexander brought me here. I know, I know.....the thread that everyone hates! I was following this case since it happened, and was searching for photos of the crime scene during the earliest stages of the trial. I saw some of the ones that had "mydeathspace" imprinted on them, followed the paper trail, and voila. A fantastic site, with fantastic members (well, mostly.)
I was searching a friend's suicide and this site came up in Google and ever since then I use it as a reference.
i really can't remember how I found this site. I think one of my friends showed it to me back in 2005 or 2006. I was instantly hooked. I dont know why I took so long to actually make an account.
I was watching the JA trial and wanted to know why Lisa Andrews' name was on Travis Alexander's computer. Search brought me to the thread and someone answered me almost immediately.
That thread has all the answers! Cheers for the Jodi freaks!
I found this site in 2006 when I became interested in the story of the "MySpace Murders" of Daniel Varo, Darren Christian, and Lindy Cochran by their 'friend' Ullyses Handy.
I found the site years ago but only recently signed up. I forget how I found it - probably a bit of morbid browsing. All I remember is there was some model called Candy who sold t-shirts? ... and being appalled by the site at first. Bunch of bastards! ... Ahem.
Every time I see this thread I always wonder "how the hell DID I find this site?" I guess I'm just attracted to weirdos and death.
Gooble goble gooble goble one of us one of us. t(-_-)t
I had watched the documentary "The Staircase" about some guy murdering his wife (or not murdering his wife, if you believe him) and was searching for more people's opinions. I don't think I found anything about that case here, but I did find lots of other stuff I wanted to read. I just went Premium yesterday
Edited to add that the documentary was about Michael Peterson. Why are ALL the wife murderers named Peterson?!
I can't remember how I found out about this site, but it was a long time ago, like 2006. I used to just read the articles and never made an account until years later. Then for some unknown reason, every time I would come to the site, my computer would crash. So I was MIA for a little over a year. I missed the site so much, that one day I figured I would try again and it didn't crash! So, I've been back ever since
I was researching a cross on the side of the road near some train tracks to see what happened...
Is Candy still around on the forum? Since my last post in this thread I've wondered a tad.
Nope. Vegemite Kid hasn't been on here since January 15, 2010. She mostly clogs up Facebook and Instagram feeds these days with pictures of her kids. Ughhh.
