75 year old canadian man called 911 to ask where his phones Pound key was

REGINA — A Regina senior with a history of nuisance phone calls spent Easter Sunday in the slammer, after breaching a court-ordered condition not to contact the police except in the case of an emergency.

James Little called 9-1-1 at about 9:30 a.m. Sunday to ask where the pound key was on his telephone.

Deeming the question not to be an emergency matter, a drunken Little was arrested and charged with breaching his non-contact order.

The 75-year-old pleaded guilty to the breach on Monday, and was given a sentence of time served.

Right? He probably had it programed in since he wasn't supposed to have contact.

Hahaha, sounds like my cousin. Her son called 911 like once a week for the longest time. She finally had to disconnect her house phone, because no matter where she hid it, put it, whatever, he always found it and called 911.

She was told the last time it happened, that if it happened again, someone was going to be in some serious trouble.

When I was young I remember making prank calls to 911. Once we just called and started barking and then hung up. Within a half an hour there was a fire truck AND a policeman at the door and a very angry mum. I don't remember the beating but it must have been good, because thats the last time I did that.
