I don't either. That's kinda off the top of my head. The only person I can think of who did witness protection is Sammy the Bull and I'm pretty sure his neighbors knew where he went. :lol:

Interesting question, but I assume they have to wrap up the loose ends better than that. Kill the family in an accident or something. I am assuming entire families getting relocated is some Hollywood stuff. I'm sure it happens, just not too frequently. But then again, I guess if someone is wanted that badly, they could snatch up the wife and kids. I dunno. What was I saying?

I would guess the police would tell the media not to report on it if that was the case? I don't know much and witness protection either.
Here is some basic information on it from wiki.. doesn't shed too much light on anything, but apparently they really do relocate whole families, and some states have programs of their own.

So I posted asking about the time she got in trouble with the police for leaving a child unattended in a car. And now they are telling me to 'be careful'.

This is something that has bothered me for quite some time!
I would like to ask someone (a mother of two little boys 3 & 4) how Summer loaded the car, with a travel bag (just essentials for local to the store things) two small boys, buckled them in car seats and then drove to the Ross Store about 15 minutes away. Unload the boys and walked into the store found the items to purchase , paid by charging them on her card and all of this including ending the phone call about the “Anger” meds she was so arguing with the person on the phone about before leaving the house, all of this in 25 minutes! Please explain that to me!!! It’s just about as possible as Dugal looking for the credit card purchase receipt from the Ross Store in February 2010 and not finding it (which we know he didn’t), because he didn’t find it until January 2011! However as early in the investigation Dugal claimed to know their (McStay’s) finances better than he knew his own, those were his words not mine!!!!

It would seem that the wife would likely be driving the Isuzu Trooper during this time, since she should have had her two small children in car seats with her.
Patrick mcstay is crazy. He asks for opinions and then attacks anyone who he doesn't agree with.

I joined the forum and it has been driving me nuts. I think Patrick is a fake and likes the attention. How come he doesn't have anything to do with the MsStay website? He attacks people for asking questions, he tells some people that he has asked everything under the sun, and tells other people he isn't sure because no one has asked that yet. I think some of the people on there supporting him are just waiting it out to gain thier 15 minutes of fame. He just seems shady to me.
I agree with all this. He was in jail in early Jan for awhile. My Facebook notifications were peaceful then.

She just mentioned it in her attack back at him. The lawsuit thing, I think, is from the beginning of the year. Apparently he was not on FB for a while and people were welcoming him back and he made a reference to a massive lawsuit against people.

Patrick McStay is Joseph McStay's adoptive father - as in he married Joseph's mother and adopted him when he was young. They are now divorced and I don't believe the mother has anything to do with Patrick.
If I remember rightly, the recent lawsuit involving Patrick had either to do with gambling or fraud.
Patrick keeps ranting on the FB page about how people are discussing these people being missing and that everyone is jumping to conclusions. He seems like a very big weirdo.
