Police officers should not be making illegal stops. If they do, the evidence should be thrown out. That is to protect us.
What you know from my posts is that my kid got stopped and that a judge made a decision to throw it out of court. You know nothing of what else went on or how I felt. You made a huge leap.
Since you've been on the forum about 5 minutes and know nothing about me whatsoever, I suggest you jump down off your high horse and shove a porcupine up your opossum.

I don't need a huge story about how you felt, to see by your comments that you obviously feel some sort of victorious about the fact that your daughter got off without a scratch.
#2, if I got pulled over because my hair is long... and they found pot in the car, the BOTTOM LINE IS, I was still doing/had something illegal... there's a reason for punishment there.
So... what if there was a mother in a car, that got pulled over FOR NO REASON, and the officer noticed bruises all over her children... should he not investigate it, or should it be "thrown out?"
