i don't think its been discussed, but it seems crazy bc she was tiny in burlesque, and then bam she started getting bloated.
She could just accept her size and stop wearing leotards and fishnets. This rule also applies to Britney.
The only people I know who have gone through a transformation like that (big bloated face) were on steroids for some reason or another (Crohn's disease, organ transplant, things like that).
For some reason I thought we had talked about this previously (Christina Aguilera's bloat). Maybe it was on another board.

She has been getting bigger, she hasn't really bounced back from having a kid.
Yeah, maybe she just gains a lot in the face. She does look a little bigger, but I don't think her face is proportional. It just looks soooo bloated.
