Jamie Duane Stansberry, 53, died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, in Fort Worth.
Memorial service: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Marshall & Marshall Funeral Directors Chapel in Hillsboro.
Memorials: May be made to a favorite pet rescue group.
Jamie was born Oct. 22, 1956, in Andrews, the son of Joseph Lawrence and Thera Williams Stansberry. He grew up in Andrews and moved to Fort Worth as a young man. He graduated from Haltom City High School. For most of his adult life, he worked in the heating and air conditioning business.
Preceding him in death were his parents and nephew, Mark Crown.
Survivors: Daughter, Crysti Maples and husband, Brad, of Mansfield; brothers, Joe Stansberry of Fort Worth and Rickie Stansberry and wife, Terri, of Tucson, Ariz.; sister, Sheila Wheeler and husband, Richard, of Houston; special friend, Annette Stansberry of Abbott; beloved dog, Casey; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
