This morning I had a chat with a person at my electric company.  She wasn't being as helpful as I needed her to be.  I asked about some more time to pay a certain amount and she was silent so I just kept saying Peggy, Peggy.  Thank god she knew of this commercial, she started laughing and gave me some time and dropped my budgeted amount.
