        * Alexander Tchayka - known as "The Okhotnik za shubami" ("The Fur Coats Hunter") killed 4 women dressed in fur coats in Moscow (January 31, 1994 - February 16, 1994). Sentenced to death.
        * Andrei Chikatilo - AKA "The Rostov Ripper" and "Hannibal Lecter", a name given to him by the Russian public after the character in the popular American film The Silence of the Lambs, which came out around the time of his arrest; killed 56 women and children throughout the many countries of the former Soviet Union before being arrested, convicted, and executed in 1994.
        * Valeriy Asratyan - known as "The Rezhissior" ("The Movie Director") killed 3 and raped dozens women in Moscow (1988-1990). Sentenced to death.
        * Anatoly Slivko, known as "Vlad Carthas" - this may be a reference to the infamous 'Vlad the Impaler'- Convicted of the sexual murder of seven boys. Sentenced to death.
        * Sasha Spesivtsev, Russian serial killer and cannibal. Judged insane.
        * Alexander Pichushkin serial killer of 61 persons between the years 1992-2001.

Here's a good one, jesus fucking christ:
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikolai_Dzhumagaliev
Nikolai Dzhumagaliev (Cyrillic: Николай Джумагалиев) is a Soviet serial killer. Nikolai Dzhurmongaliev made it his mission to rid the world of prostitutes and managed to eliminate 47 women before he was caught. Also known as "Metal Fang" for his white metal teeth, he would lure women into the dark end of a local park, where he would rape them and hack them to death with an axe. He also practiced cannibalism; he cooked certain parts of his victims, eating some and even serving the rest to friends of his at get-togethers. The Russian made a habit of preparing ethnic dishes out of his victims and serving them to his friends. His crimes were discovered when two drunks, who he invited over to his house, discovered a woman's severed head in the kitchen. He was found not responsible for his murders (which are believed to be at least seven) due to insanity, and he was committed to a Tashkent mental institution.

In 1989, when he was being moved to a different institution, he escaped from authorities. He was arrested again in 1991, but was eventually let out, and his current whereabouts are unknown.

It's what happens when you have all those people stacked together. Another reminder for the [s]pro-life[/s] anti-choice crowd that just cause you let a fetus grow into a human being it doesn't mean they're going to be good, clean and wholesome.

lol Russian dolls are stacked together, not the people. The issue is that the police force is super, super corrupt there so less attention is paid to people who are 'disposable'.

    Too much vodka?
    Too much cold weather?
Bad mothering?  (isn't it always the mother's fault?!)

When you go in search of honey you must expect to be stung by bees.
