Black Mirror.
I've only watched Season 1 (it's only 3 episodes) but after every single one, I was shocked. I'm interested enough to start Season 2 tonight. I really liked it a lot.
It centres on dark and satirical themes that examine modern society, particularly with regard to the unanticipated consequences of new technologies. Episodes are standalone works, usually set in an alternative present or the near future.
I thought Shimmer Lake was really good, just got done.

Anybody seen this? Definitely worth checking out
In a world where families are limited to one child due to overpopulation, a set of identical septuplets must avoid being put to a long sleep by the government and dangerous infighting while investigating the disappearance of one of their own.

I finally got Netflix.
I usually don't care for history-type shows, but me and my husband are hooked on TURN: Washington spies. It was originally an AMC series, and I like most AMC shows.
Wow the new Cloverfield was really silly. Basically a sci fi that had nothing to do with the original and had quite a few scenes that didn't make any sense and wasn't explained well exactly what just happened. You don't even see the monster until the very end before the credits and all it does is growl.

I mean, I liked the second one, but I forgot it was about the cloverfield franchised until the very end.
I get the whole things ending up in other things Thing - like the Philadelphia experiment or whatever. When the two dimensions cross and shit ends up merged (worms, gyro, chick with the wires running through her). I don't get the arm with the life of its own though. Or the guy going out of control.
I honestly can't stand that even in sci-fi movies, if women are main characters, their decision is always based on being a mom who misses their kids. I was reading an article touting how the main character was a woman of color yet there were several scenes where she just sat around while the men discussed the issues before giving her directions. Same old shit.

I really enjoyed Bright, you should check it out. They even played Cannibal Corpse's hammer smashed face in the movie.
My son loves Cannibal Corpse. It's his favorite t-shirt.

Open House was okay. I'd rate it a 5 out of 10.
Rita is awesome. I just wish there was an English version so I didn't have to read subtitles.
My girlfriend has me hooked on the new Queer Eye show. It's fantastic, the new crew is so much fun. I swear she's gonna call them to "help" me at some point.
