This is on offer here at the moment. Might look into it. Do those of you who have it, use it a lot?
Anyone who says onions make you cry has clearly never been hit in the face with a turnip.
I use it all the time. I got rid of my cable, so it's pretty much all I watch. I do not miss having cable.
"...Jeffrey Dahmer... actually confessed and accepted his punishment. Had real remorse for the sick things he did. It's pretty bad when Jeffrey Dahmer is a better person than you are." ~Justice11 (re: Jodi Arias)
Thanks ladies. I've been looking at what's available to watch. We got rid of cable too. the price didn't justify how often we actually watch TV, which isn't that often. But I like the idea of Netflix and it's cheap. We have a freeview box at the moment.

How to get US Netflix in the UK....
http://vpnfreedom.com/netflix/how-to...lix-in-the-uk/
Oh, great site for anyone who uses Netflix...
http://www.hackingnetflix.com/
I shut my netflix off a month ago, as I just didn't use it anymore and they completely screwed up the Xbox set up making it a pain in the ass to stream compared to the old setup. I'l go back eventually, but for now I am just using my blockbuster pass to rent movies.
I hear Amazon's LoveFilm is better then Netflix, but we don't get it over here so I have no idea if that is true or not.
ETA: I heard that Lovefilm is better BEFORE Netflix launched streaming in the UK, So It was purely subjective, as the people judging the two were either in one country or the other and could not actually try both.
Need more suggestions!!!!
I have lots, I'll keep updating as I come up with more.
*Aftershock* : Wow- Very sad! Amazing how one earthquake can change lives drastically.
A mother forced to make a devastating choice saves the life of her son and leaves his twin sister, Fang Deng, to die in the rubble of China's 1976 earthquake. This epic follows Fang Deng's struggles to rebuild her life after surviving the trauma.
*The Girl Next Door*: Crazy disturbing! (Not to be confused with the one thats about a porn star neighbor or whatever)
Inspired by true events, this thriller set in 1958 follows the harrowing story of two adolescent girls (Blythe Auffarth and Madeline Taylor) who, upon losing their parents in an accident, are sent to live with their Aunt Ruth (Blanche Baker), a sadistic psychopath. Unbeknownst to the residents of the small New Jersey suburb, the girls endure unthinkable punishment at the hands of their aunt and three cousins.
*An American Crime*: Also based on the same true story as The Girl Next Door
Based on a story that's too shocking to be true -- but is -- director Tommy O'Haver's grisly drama centers on Indiana housewife and mother Gertrude Baniszewski (Catherine Keener), who imprisons and tortures a 16-year-old girl in the basement. When Gertrude takes in boarder Sylvia Likens (Ellen Page), she has no idea that her life will become a horrific nightmare of her own creation. Bradley Whitford co-stars as a prosecutor in the ensuing trial.
Documentary: *The Wild and Wonderful Whites of West Virginia*. Umm.. WOW hahaha
Hailing from Boone County, W. Va., mountain dancer Jesco White may be the most famous member of the White clan -- thanks to the 1991 documentary The Dancing Outlaw -- but he's hardly the most colorful. This film focuses on the rest of the brood. Director Julien Nitzberg spent a year with five generations of the West Virginia family -- and spoke to various members of their community (including the sheriff) -- to provide this colorful portrait.
Tv Shows: I'm currently obsessed with *Prison Wives* and *Wicked Attraction*

Brie, we watched Trust the other day. It's not great but interesting and deals with interesting subject matter.
Added to my Instant Queue!
The Nines was pretty good.
Aimee and Jaguar.
Based on the memoirs of Lilly Wust, this is the story of two women who fall in love in 1943 Berlin: Lilly (Juliane K?hler), the wife of a Nazi officer, and Felice (Maria Schrader), a Jewish journalist. When the two women begin their affair, they rechristen themselves Aim?e and Jaguar to help avoid detection. They then set up housekeeping and try to tune out the war, but the Gestapo is never far behind.
Another documentary:
Prodigal Sons
In high school, Kimberly Reed was male, a straight-A student and captain of the football team. But since leaving his rural Montana hometown, he's become a woman -- and a filmmaker whose documentary could not be any more personal. Half the story involves her attending her high school reunion as a transgendered female; the other half involves reuniting with her siblings, including her estranged adopted brother.
