So is he really alive? They put quotes around that part, which makes me think it's not known if it's actually true. Is this more press because the new show is coming out?

'City of Angels, City of Death': Inside the hunt for Los Angeles' string of serial killers

A new six-part documentary series tells the incredible true-crime story of a fascinating era when more than 20 serial killers—including the "Skid Row Stabber"—terrorized LA.
This looks interesting. It's on Hulu.

I watched the whole second season of Tiger King and they never really proved that Don is alive and kicking.

Hulu is 99 cents a month for a year. I'm about to sign up!

I think it's on Netflix. I don't have either service but I might sign back up for Hulu at .99 a month. What's good on Hulu these days?

Has anyone seen "Breaking New in Yuba County"? It looks promising.

It's been along time since I've seen it, but I remember it being good.

My husband is totally in to this. I just watch drag queens and eat tacos instead

This is one of those series that I know I'll watch, but years from now when people will gasp that I haven't seen it and I'll binge it all at once. Recently I did that Big Brother. I literally only watched BB for over two months binging from 2000 on and it was amazing seeing the succession of over 20 years happening before my eyes in only a couple of months. I kind of love the way I did it because in the first season there was no Facetime and they only got a piece of the outside world through a mega dinosaur of a computer in chat rooms. The second season, they were in there when 9/11 happened and didn't know it had happened or to the extent until they were out of sequester. One of the contestants lost a cousin in the twin towers and didn't even hear about it until months after it happened. They went from taking care of chickens to what it is now. Insane to watch.

Real Housewives and cheese popcorn for me. I usually don't watch anything on TV that requires me to think.

We did start watching "Downton Abbey" since everyone gasped in shock that we had never seen it. I'm enjoying it, but I can't really binge it - my brain gets tired of the active listening required to enjoy the program. There is a lot of nuance in that production. We just finished Season Two, four more seasons to go (if my brain can stand it).

Even those of us not into Zombies and subtitled foreign films? I'm a passive movie watcher, I'm always doing something else while I watch TV - I can't be bothered reading a movie.

Never heard of it, it looks really good. Definitely going into my queue. Ricky Gervaise is brilliant.
