Myspace Bulletins

I'm sure some of you have been seeing these myspace bulletins from your friends that say shit like "Sexy girls, Hot sex, etc.." Now you know your friend wouldn't send shit like that, so you're wondering WTF? Today, I got an email from a friend saying not to click on the links in the bulletin, apparently hackers are doing this and when you click on the link another page opens up asking you to log back into myspace. I guess the hackers mirrored the myspace page and that's how they keep getting people's passwords. This really has happened to 3 of my friends and it's really annoying because there are about 10 posts a day with this shit. Now, I'm not sure if this is true but better safe than sorry. Just thought I'd share.

About three of my friends have been hacked and keep posting stupid ringtone bulletins. I'm going to delete them if this keeps up, it's more annoying than those stupid survey bulletins.

I still can't believe people fall for that crap. If they're clicking on a sex bulletin in Myspace, maybe they got what's coming to them anyways. tards.

all the logs of all those passwords people put in there accidentally have been put online for everyone to see now. anyone can find it and hack your page. my advice is to just change your password.

i dont think they're all that easy to find, i looked but didnt get anything on google. not that i want to hack people's pages. i just wanted to see exactly how easy it was for someone to get their hands on it. i dunno i dont really care either way.

    Re: Myspace Bulletins

    I'm new.

A couple of my buddies got some of this action goin' on, as well. The bulletin header will say "nice!" or "wow, check this out!"
and contain links to camwhores. (Can I say "camwhores" here?) 5 or 6 times a freakin' week, each. Nice, indeed.

    Love the site, BTW.

The latest one I saw was from a "friend" who supposedly got a free iPod from smartpunk.com. Another scam perpetrated by a hacker.

Geeks with too much time on their hands.

    Re: Myspace Bulletins

This happened to my sister. They would post things like "Gah, I havent had an orgasm in months! Wanna help me out? If so click here" I knew she wouldnt post stuff like that so i called her at work and told her. She asked me to change the password and no problems ever since.
