She died at the McDonalds we always went to when we first moved to Vancouver.

I can't remember if I loaned my copy, too. I will look around and see. Meanwhile, if anyone has one of the copies - PM Lexus and pass it on, please! :)

I've just visited her myspace, and the comments on her page are lovely. Her friends all seem like really genuine, smart people...she must have been a great person to know. :2sad:

I have so many, but this one I think, might be one to top my list of disturbing deaths. Seath Jacksons murder.

    My God!
I dont remember that story, thats insanely cruel.

Wasnt there a story where a boy was brought to a house and tortured over several days because of a debt he owed?
People came in and out of the house visiting and saw him but no one reported a thing.
I cant remember what thread it was but what that boy went thru was so awful

He didn't die.. I can't find his Facebook. I found this article on his family (in-laws) that could totally be a family for a soap opera or some TV mini series. LOL

Article includes pictures of his semi-nude wife - "his estranged wannabe model wife Donna and her dodgy family"

Headline reads: A SCOT tortured by an alleged drugs gang is part of a sinister crime family dubbed "the Sopranos of Wick".

I will always remember the guy who stopped on a bridge to help someone who had stalled in their car. He was going the opposite direction and hopped over the barrier to go help the ohter person. However it was the middle of the night and too dark for him to know there was a gap in between lanes and he fell all the way to his death in the water below.

His pic looked like such a normal sweet guy trying to help someone out. he never knew what hit him

I hope I'm doing this correctly, it's my first post. Daisy Strout, from my hometown who is listed here, struck me the most. Her husband ran over her slowly in a parking lot one night after a fight, he is awaiting trial, he is a useless fat bastard who still has custody of Daisy's little girl. His facebook page posts pics of the little girl saying things like "I miss you mommy". I wish someone would pop him like a balloon.

The other one that got to me isn't listed here. My cousin Whitney Leigh Rich, died seven years ago today in Reno, Nevada. She married 3 times, and had 4 children. All of her husbands were powerful and wealthy, and she was gorgeous but naive. Each divorce brought the loss of custody of each child, until the 4th one was taken, and she was driving 17 hours every weekend just to spend a few hours with the baby. She desperately asked to borrow money from her mother to get a better lawyer and custody arrangements, and while her mother promised to send it, she didn't. So Whit bought a gun and shot herself in the chest, and while she lay dying she pulled a quilt over her head. Her memory haunts me. Her beauty could not protect her from the harshness of this life. Miss you Whit.

I'm a long time reader, but have never been moved to post before. Happy Holidays to all of you.

She had her baby, then died something like 3 months later from a cancer that stems from products of conception. Very freak death, and very sad.

i remember watching forensic files and i read a book about this girl's death i can't remember her name for the life of me.

anyways she met 2 of her friend's at a park and they killed her,the police went to her house to tell them about their daughter when they went in they found her parents and her sister dead, this is going to drive me nuts trying to remember her name.

hi. i've been a lurker for...forever lol. this is an old thread but i figured i would reply with my answers', and why.

Norma Hurtado -the girl who was shot by her girlfriends father.i bet she hates her dad now.its cases like this that are making it hard for the GLBT community to just be themselves.

no wonder its so hard for gay/lesbian couples to hook up. they're probabbly all afraid they'll get hurt, or killed because of hate crimes.

Mollie Olgin-her and her girlfriend kristene chapa were shot only kristene survived. its sad cause the 2 were pretty, and they were engaged.

also imagine how kristene must be feeling. noone's probabbly gonna tell her untill she recovers...unless she figures it out own her own...that her fiance[?] is gone. is there a thread here about these girls? i tried searching but i get the "you dont have premission" message.
