Site is slow

MDS is dragging ass majorly for me today. I am using firefox and thought perhaps it was that or my internet connection might be slow. So I rebooted my comp & internet & have checked other sites and forums, email etc., and they are running just fine.

Basically anytime I click on a link it takes anywhere from 1 to 2+ minutes to open up the link on the forum.

Please help.

ETA It is also lagging when I hit to quote and to post. But nothing is timing out, it eventually goes where it should. It is just really really slow.

My load time isn't as slow but still pretty bad compared to normal.  Also when I tried to just go to www.mydeathspace.com today it wanted me to save a file and wouldn't go to the actual site.

Samesies.  It's slow in IE and in Firefox for me.  I'd say it's been about 4 or 5 days.

The site has been super slow for me today and I use Firefox.  The articles have been really slow for about a week for me.  Slow enough that I click one and then go off and do something else whilst I wait for it to open.

It's really bad right now.  It's taking like 3 or 4 minutes to open and reply to a thread.  I think that the last time this happened, Mike had to dump a bunch of shit like karma logs and seriously huge threads.

Same thing here. I thought it was my computer but now I know it isn't. Really slow posting and quoting and when I try to get onto the forum, it takes a few minutes and then says something about me typing in the wrong web address.

SOOOOO SLOOOOOW. The main page loads up just fine, but when I click on a link to read a story it takes way too long. I usually keep the tab open and go elsewhere while it loads up.

I'm running Firefox 3.0.11 on a Mac G4. Same problem when using Safari 4.0. Internet Explorer is completely useless. I never use it.

This happens to me too- on a MacBook Pro w/ various browsers, at work on an IBM T60 and an iMac.

The forum seems to be running fine for me, but opening up articles is taking forever today. I am using windows/firefox. I tried it on Chrome, IE, & Netscape all really slow.
