What part of the Northwest? Anyone from Washington has to be verified, no exceptions.

Honestly, now that I read that, I realized I accidentally said northwestern instead of northeastern. I'm tired, I apologize..but I live in Pennsylvania. Haha

I have noticed you one a number of times. I think it's because I had an LG phone last year, and LG has a bad ass new fridge I was checking out.

I heart LG.  Their TV's are pretty rockin' too.  And I believe it's them that are working on 3-D technology as well.

I was looking at an LG tv this weekend, as a matter of fact. Do you  have one? It takes me FOREVER to make a decision when I buy something. The last time I bought a phone, I researched the damn things for four solid months.

No, I don't actually.  I have a Magnavox.  Long story short, we were on a limited budget so we bought a Phillips 46" for about $1100.  It was our first flat screen purchase so we also had to buy a proper stand for it, thus limiting our t.v. budget.  Then (long story not so short anymore) someone had a bit of a tantrum and we were t.v. shopping again    We found a 46" Magnavox, which is the same company as Philips and I swear it's the same exact t.v right down to the remote but it was 200 bucks cheaper (and hubby got to live another day).

Samsungs are nice too.  They've always been my mums favourite and she just got a 32" and loves it.  So that's another one to consider.

And I'm the same way with making big tech purchases - phones, computers, tvs.  I'll wait months, even a year, until I find what I'm looking for at a price I'm willing to pay.

Also, I have a Magnavox tv that I LOVE. The thing that sucks is there are not a lot of stores in Flag, so our choices are limited. Thank goodness we have a Target, though!! I am going to be scouring sales papers for a while.

I know it will be much lighter than the tv I have, too!

I like to haggle, too! It's the way to go! I used to work at a pawn shop, so I love haggling in there!!

Oh! Maybe I should check one of those! There is no circuit city or anything up here. There is a best buy, but I don't even know where that is.

There's none anywhere - they've been out of business for about 2 years

There really isn't many places to choose from these day's.  Where abouts are you located?  Have you heard of Fry's Electronics?  They put Best Buy to shame but there's only like 35 of them.  They're like a Best Buy, Circuit City, CompUsa and MicroCenter all rolled into one.  Wish we had them here in NY.
