This noob comes in peace! Also, most of noobs were longtime lurkers that came out of hiding. We have read most of the comments you all have made throughout the years on posts and want to join in on the discussions. I am sure some noobs make you want to do this  or this  :2eyesbleed: (caps lock on or no periods in paragraph long postings), but we find you and your comments all interesting.  That's all.

btw, I'm Alison, a long time lurker though a short term poster, I guess it's weird that I find a forum about death so strangely amusing at times, but there you go, though I respect that MDS members are able to show empathy and compassion to families who visit here too.

Like yourselves, I've had my own share of traumas in life, so in a sense, this place both comforts me at times as well as puts a lighter slant on death which kind of matches my sick sense of humour.  You can find out more about me at my redbubble art gallery through my profile and/or my facebook and other spots I hang out on the internet, I assure you I'm not some weirdo who thinks that I know anyone here, in fact, I'm a crusty ole cynic who questions almost everyone and everything I read on the interweb. 

Anyway, thanks for providing a place where I can both laugh and cry, and though I don't know anyone, you seem like a great bunch of people.
