Anson Blake Flores born June 26, 1991, went to be with our Lord on March 10, 2009, at the age of 17. Anson was a senior at Harlandale High School and played varsity basketball since his freshman year "#02". He had a very outgoing personality; he took great pride in his appearance and was known for his weekly haircuts. Anson will be missed by all those who knew and loved him dearly. He is survived by his parents Nelly and Abel Flores, Jr.; grandmother Augustina E. Flores; brothers Nick Lee Flores and Dencey Lyle Flores; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Service
Visitation will begin Friday, March 13, 2009, from 2:00 - 9:00 PM at Brookehill Funeral Home with a rosary to be recited at 7:00 PM. A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 14, 2009, at 9:00 AM at St. Leo The Great Catholic Church. After the mass the procession will return to the funeral home to continue the visitation until 5:00 PM. Visitation will continue on Sunday, March 15, 2009 from 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
