I have the Dare too, and I hate hate hate hate hate the "qwerty" keyboard.  I had the envy before, and I'm thinking of putting my service back on the envy.

Did you have to pay full price for the phone, I've only had mine like 9 months and won't get a discount for a while.  I hate this phone.  I thought I'd love it, but hate hate hate it.  The camera and navigation system are about the only things I like on it.  :-( 

Oh yes, and do you like the Storm?

I have a pink Blckbrry Pearl and I hate the qwerty too...I'm getting more used to it, but its still a pain in the ass and Im tired of having to scroll with the little ball thing to erase/send/ANYTHING.....

I had the Dare for about 6 weeks when I decided I couldn't stand it and wanted a new phone. I called Verizon and at first they basically told me that I had to pay full price for a new one. The more I thought about it the more it pissed me off so I called back, spoke to someone in customer retention and basically told them that I was canceling my service because they wanted me to keep a phone I despised. In the end I got the Blackberry Storm for $100, which is what it would have cost me if I had taken that one instead of the Dare when I upgraded.

I love the Storm. The push down screen takes a little getting used to, but I find it to be really easy to use and I really like all the features it has. It's a zillion times better than the Dare.
