My mom is obsessed with Nancy Grace and that HORRID BITCH JANE :2eyesbleed: so I've been watching the coverage the past couple nights, and holy fuck. First of all, they're trying to portray these people as the ultimate trash. [size=1pt]Which doesn't seem that hard but [/size] do you really need to show Misty in 20 different shots holding a kid's hand with a cigarette in the other? But the thing that really gets me is that they aren't considering the possibility that she was home and didn't hear her brother knocking. They're saying either Misty 100% wasn't home, or the brother is lying- but he passed a polygraph test, so obviously Misty 100% wasn't home. The fuck?

Something else I found interesting is that a caller tonight asked about Misty's cousin- "Which cousin is that?" "The one who was mysteriously in town during that time and has a criminal record?" "Oh, he has not been cleared"- and then they just kinda dropped it. The only two people who have been cleared are Ron and Haleigh's biological mother.

The reason I think this is somewhat possible (yet unlikely):

Children can be "sold" to pedophiles.  It has happened before, we have read the stories.  Misty needed money to pay off a debt?  She sells Haleigh?

I don't know... it's just one of a million possibilities.

Oh i am sure this happens but this little girl isn't missing w/ a pedo. It makes no sense, and doesn't pay, to take a child for a debt, then killing her...

I don't think this is the case either... but my brother has a million theories, one of them being this:

Misty has a drug debt.  Some dealers let people "work off" their debts in one way or another, right?  Sexual favors or delivering substances to locations for pickup?  Who is to say that the dealer told Misty he would clear her slate if she let him have the little girl?  He had is psychotic evil fun with her and then killed her... never to be seen again.  Misty's debt is paid and she gives enough time before making the call to police to report her "missing."

Very, very, very unlikely... but stranger things have happened.  I still think Haleigh found drugs, got them into her little body somehow, overdosed, died, and Misty panicked because she knew any autopsy would show Haleigh died of an overdose of drugs and she would be prosecuted.  She buries Haleigh or gets someone to do it for her, and then reports her missing hours later.  This is why Ronald was so shocked.  That is my #1 theory.

I definitely agree.

I just really hope that we get some answers, and the person responsible for her death (or disappearance) is brought to justice.  She was a beautiful little girl who should have been kept safe.  The people around her failed her and that really pisses me off.

On Nancy Grace theyre saying that someone a letter claims that police have a witness that says Haleigh overdosed on Oxy's during one of Mistys drug parties and then she panicked and put Haleigh in a black plastic bag.

Ugh....I'm watching it right now.  This story gets more and more fucked up. 

They either read in the letter or someone saw Misty and/or cousin throw the bag with the body into a pond.  Time to drain it or dive it.

Im pretty sure they are but Misty skipped town yesterday which is shady as hell.  IMO its obvious she did something and is just lucky cops havent found the body yet.  Casey Anthony had the same luck for 6 months until they found Caylee and although she was already charged with murder prior to the body being found, she seemed to be more confident before they found the body.  Its only a matter of time Misty you white trash trailer park bitch.

According to a few blog sites, people claiming they are close to the situation have commented that Misty and Greg had a date the evening of when Haleigh went "missing."

I think that Misty left the kids alone while she was partying and Haleigh wandered off or Haleigh was unattended while Misty was in the house later in the evening and got into some drugs and died. Ron tried calling Misty 20 times that evening. I just don't understand why they cannot figure out where her cell phone was pinging. Or maybe they can't because she left it at the house the whole time or the battery had died?

There was a flurry of activity in Putnam County overnight. It started with the appearance of mysterious letter from a Putnam County Jail inmate that could shed light as to why a pond was drained over the weekend in the search for a missing Satsuma girl. The other was the drug charge arrest of a man whose name has been mentioned a few times in relation to the stepmother of 6-year-old missing Haleigh Cummings, Greg "White Boy Greg" Page.

Haleigh Cummings has been missing since February and was under the supervision of her babysitter--now stepmom Misty Croslin-Cummings the night she vanished.

A strange letter written by Kristina Rene "Nay Nay" Prevatt from the Putnam County Jail to her to boyfriend pertaining to Haleigh Cummings' disapperance was made public by private investigator William Cobra Staubs. Prevatt is a partying acquaintance of Misty Croslin-Cummings.

The source of this letter is Prevatt's boyfriend, Donnie Spells. Spells showed the letter to the mother of Greg "White Boy" Page yesterday and then read the letter to Staubs over the phone from the woman's house. Staubs asked Spells to fax the letter to him, but he refused. He later left the letter with Page's mother to do with as she wanted. Page's mother scanned the letter and sent it to Staubs and Staubs then sent it to 97.3 The Sky.

97.3 the Sky sent this letter to investigators for their reactions.  Putnam County Major Gary Bowling Wednesday told The Sky, " We don’t think the letter is worth reacting to."

The information in this letter might have led to the draining of the L pond at the Mondex over the weekend.

A portion of this letter date 9/18/09 refers to a signed sworn affidavit by "JoePsycho" who said Misty, Haleigh and Jr were with Nay Nay Prevatt at a party the night Haleigh disappeared. Prevatt's letter to Spells says according to the affidavit, Haleigh ate some oxycontin and died. Prevatt relays to Spells in the message the again, according to the affidavit, Greg Page put the child in a black bag and dumped it in a pond at the Mondex.

97.3 The SKY spoke with  Haleigh Cummings' paternal grandmother Teresa Neves about this letter. Neves says she is aware of the man identified as "Joe  Psycho" in the letter.  Neves sighed and told WSKY that this man named "Joe" has had some credibility issues.

Greg Page is the man Misty Croslin-Cummings had allegedly shared a sex and drug binge with days before Haleigh Cummings disappeared.

Greg Page was taken into custody last night just after 11 p.m. on possession of marijuana and cocaine and released a short time later.

Page's mother told The Sky that when he son was taken into custody, he was put on the telephone with an FDLE officer who she said asked him what he knew about Haleigh Cummings. Page said, "Nothing."

That is exactly how I read it. It is interesting how she refers to this as a homicide investigation, as opposed to merely a missing persons investigation.

Still, I can't see how a sworn affidavit by someone named 'joe psycho' could ever be considered credible.

Forgot to mention that I agree about the letter being a little over-the-top in regards to setting up an alibi.
