:Tiffany Heitkamp died in a boat accident on Fourth Lake at Alger Island on July 23, 2006. She was the victim of a boat driver charged with BWI and vehicular manslaughter. The driver left the scene of her death and showed depraved ignorance for human life because she may still have been alive while he swam back to his island home where police arrested him after he refused to take a sobriety test and denied the accident. He was and still is fighting another DWI arrest when Tiffany was died in this boating accident. This case is currently under Herkimer County Grand Jury process BUT it is quietly being "buried" in the CNY/Syracuse media where the accused resides and attends college. This guy is going to walk away from Tiffany's death because he is being "covered" by money, high powered lawyers and the media. This is the forum for anyone who knows anything about the circumstances surroung the loss of this youg girl's life to speak up. Why did she have a false ID? Where did she get it from? Who gave it to her? Was there a toxicology screen done on her? Where there any date rape drugs or any other drugs in her system? Was was the primary investigator on the case so quick to absove the local bar from any responsibility in the serving of alcohol here? Was the accused fit ti drive a boat for less than a minete ouit into the lake, then fail to make a left hand turn and then go airborne 150 feet into the island and crash right into a campsite a family had left about four hours ago.
many media people criticize forums lke these amd MYSapce but here is a chance to find out the truth about what happened in this "accident" because the truth certainly won'y come out in the NYS Court system. Justice is never about the truth; it is all about proving gulit or innocence. . .in a court of law and it has a demented magic all of its own. Any help would be appreciated.
