Where are the pics of your son's kitten!!?
here they are. It is hard to get one of her sitting still. She is the sweetest thing though. My son named her Sassy. She sleeps with him all night except for last night when she slept with me. I don't think I'm going to do that again because I barely got any sleep worried that I would roll over on here. My dog and other cat already sleep with me. My dog by my legs and my cat by my pillow on the left side, so the kitty slept by my neck on the right side. My back hurts from sleeping weird last night. Anyway, her name is Sassy and she is around 5/6 weeks old.

I kinda feel bad about taking pics of her in the litter box, but she's just so darn cute in there.

She is adorable! I have pics of all my kids sitting on the pot cause they were so cute there. I think it's okay if you take pics of your cat there.

I don't think any of those pics have captured her true cuteness. She is so adorable running around the house. I just want to pinch her cheeks. lol

Thanks! Yes, it requires lots of TLC. Not just the fish, but the tank as well. Everything must be maintained properly at all times. If not, your fish won't be happy and they will never breed...and will eventually die. Yep! There are def fish shows. I am raising mine to be of show quality, but I won't show them, at shows. This is just for me! When they have babies, I will sell most of them. Just to give you an idea of the TLC, I feed them only the best foods. And I must 'prepare' the foods for them...they love Romaine lettuce which has to be frozen first, then thawed before they are fed. They also eat shrimp and plankton, which I soak in vitamins (for health and color) before feeding it to them. It's alot, but for me...it's all worth it. My fish know me. I can actually pet them. It's kinda cool!!!!!
Those are some nice looking fish. Until a few days ago, when someone posted it on Craisglist, I never knew you could show chiclids! Learn something new every day. That's cool though. I'm sure yours will turn out to be show quality (even though they're just for you), they look so pretty already. :-)

I just got home from school about half an hour ago and I discovered that my new Dalmation Balloon Molly got sucked up the filter and died. Unfortunately, my filter has claimed a few fish over the years. But for a little while, I had the problem solved by stuffing a plant up the bottom of it. I haven't had a problem with that in about a year and a half! I swear, Pongo had to force his way up there, I dunno how else he could have managed it. :-P Poor fishy.

Ahhh, she is too cute! Kittens are the best

And I absolutely love the name "Sassy" for a cat. It always makes me think of Homeward Bound, but that's not the only reason I love it . It just suits a cat so well.

I'll take some when I get home. He has this horrific poof on the top of his head and they shaved all the hair off of his face so his nose looks like 10 feet long now.

I'm sorry about your puppy Kande. I hope everything goes well. :kiss3:

She's actually 9 so I guess she's not really a puppy . She has a torn ACL so they're repairing it tomorrow. She'll be there overnight, though. No me gusta. She has really bad anxiety when we're not around so I think that'll be worse than the surgery itself.

I agree. That's great you took her in. She seems like a wonderful pet.
My family took in strays when I was growing up. They were awesome

When we first took her to the vet, he said she definitely has German Shepherd in her and possibly some Doberman.

She is very excitable! And super sweet. Both dogs that I've had have been strays that have just come around our house- I was 5 when I "found" my first dog Melissa trying to eat out of my neighbor's garbage. She had tar all over her face and paws and was so skinny. She followed me into our garage and luckily my parents wanted to help her. She ended up living a good 17 or so years which is surprising considering that she barely ever ate dog food (she LOVED Steak-ums and cookies).

My bichon will turn 17 in May He is my little baby Ernie, I loooove him. He's the same way with dogfood though, he hates it. His bowl is always full, and he won't even nibble on it until everyone is asleep and he's sure there's no more "people food" to be had  Still working on getting an updated pic of him, he hates the camera flash. And, he has neuroblastomas, which look like cataracts, but are really caused by natural aging of the eye. His eyes look whitish blue in all pictures, it's weird.

Aw, I'm sorry about your doggie. I've heard that is quite painful. Do you know how it happened?

Maybe you can send a personal item of hers to leave in the kennel overnight so she won't feel so scared. When my cat was hit by a car, we left her bed with her and I think it made her feel more comfortable to be in her own bed.

Anyway, I hope everything works out for your dog! :-)

We're really not sure. The vet said it's something that occurred years ago, but she only started limping recently so it's nothing we can pinpoint. :|

    Awww he is still gorgeous.

My mum always attempts to shave our dogs herself. She bought a $300 set of dog clippers (that my brother uses to do his hair ). The funniest thing is that she has Parkinsons disease in her left side so they end up looking totally deformed.

I always tell her to wait and get someone to help her but she insists on doing it herself. Which then means that she eventually has to take them to the professional groomer because she screws it up.
