The dog was a dachshund. It was a lesbian custody battle. Good times.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to sogs again.

If someone took my dogs, i would shoot them. and i even hate dogs. Except for mine. my dogs are my therapy, they love me and dont expect shit from me. Id kill someone if they tried to take them.

My husband had actually told me at one point that if we ever seperated he knew that chevy wouldnt be able to be without me and since jasime and chevy are so close, he knew it would be wrong to take either dogs.

He would get visits with them but i would expect dog support.

This is exactly why he showed up with the sheriff's deputy. So I wouldn't just beat his ass. Sad thing is I know the deputy (from work and such), and he knew I was really upset, but he couldn't do anything because technically my ex had a paper that said the dog was soley his and not joint property. The other two dogs were mine on paper. (one I had before we met, the other's adoption paperwork was just to me). The poor cop felt so bad.

I gave my other two pups a bath today(they like the water), and have been spoiling them trying to get their minds off of bandit. They keep whining/looking out the window etc. Poor guys are taking it hard. I'm more sad for them than I am for me. I know where he went. All they know is "daddy" came back after months of not being home and then was an asshole to me and took their brother. :'(

aw that is heartbreaking. poor pups, and poor you! My dog is like my baby, if someone tried to take her they better have a cop with them cuz I'd kill their ass. I hope you get him back somehow. and sidenote: your ex is a huge doucher if he doesn't realize that removing the dog from you and his fur-siblings is going to be devastating to the dog too. :( what an ass.

Sheep herding Swedish bunny becomes online hit
STOCKHOLM, Fri Feb 03, 12:40 PM
Champis the bunny doesn't only hop - he also knows how to herd his masters' flock of sheep, possibly having picked up the skill after watching trained dogs do the job.
The 5-year-old pet rabbit from the small village of Kal in northern Sweden shot to online fame last week, having garnered more than 700,000 YouTube hits so far, after a clip of his sheep herding skills surfaced on a blog.
The June video shows a persistent Champis running back and forth on the farm, trying to keep Nils-Erik and Greta Vigren's sheep together.
Greta Vigren said she first noted his talent last spring when they let out the sheep to graze for the first time after the long Swedish winter.
"He just started to behave like a sheepdog," she recalled, adding that while he likes to round up the sheep, he is consistent about leaving the farm's hens alone, treating them more gently.
"He's like a king for the whole group. He thinks he rules over both the sheep and the hens. He has a very big ego."
Dan Westman, a sheepdog breeder who shot and posted the video of his friends' bunny, said he was in awe when he first witnessed the phenomenon, noting Champis does the job even better than most dogs would.

"It's really incredible, it's a herding rabbit," he said. "He rounds them up, and if they get close to escaping through the gate he sometimes stops them," he said.
"I mean I work with sheepdogs and know how hard this is. There are very few dogs that could do what this rabbit does."
Westman, who's known both Champis and its owners for years, said the beige little mix-breed bunny had never been trained for the job but seemed to have learned the ropes all on his own.
"He's probably picked some of it up from watching the dogs," he said.
Despite his tiny size, Westman said the sheep seem to pay their minder a world of respect, letting him herd them around when he feels they need some moving.

I don't really post on the forums much, but I'm just really sad today so I'm going to post a quick story about one of my pets.. It involves a death so I figured I'd be okay to post it here. :( We got a 5 month old puppy a week ago today, she was half corgi/half jack russell. We named her Jill. Two days ago she started throwing up.. I've been around quite a few puppies, and this wasn't really cause for concern for me.. She threw up a few times here and there and we were calling around last night trying to find a vet that could help her, with no luck. We had planned on taking her to the vet this week for a check up and starting out her shots, but I was really concerned last night. However, my family convinced me to not worry so much, cause I tend to over think things and get really worked up.. so we all went to bed.. :(

I was awoken this morning being told we needed to do something as soon as possible because she was throwing up straight blood and not moving very much.. my worst fears were confirmed that she was dying.. absolutely NOTHING was open today, and we got NO calls back from emergency vets that we left messages for.. I kept trying all morning, into the afternoon.. nothing.. I had to watch her die today. She died around 2:30pm. I feel that she died of Parvo, I don't see how she contracted it with us because we didn't take really leave the house or take her anywhere.. but from what I've been reading, she had all the symptoms. I feel so guilty that I couldn't save her, I've just been crying my heart out. Worst of all, all of her toys are right beside my desk and I just don't even want to touch them.. my heart feels so broken, she was 'my' first personal dog, all of my previous dogs were family pets.. I'm not sure if I can post a picture since I don't have many posts, but I shall try. :(

The plumber said King is one of the best behaved dogs he's ever met. I was pretty proud. So here's a picture that has nothing to do with that. The boy was snowboarding the other weekend so I went out and drank and took pictures with my dog

Suzanne Knight (21) brutally raped and devoured 3 toddlers while on a meth binge before hanging herself Marky69: If those toddlers didnt want to be eaten then they shouldnt of looked so god damned delicious. RIP Suzanne

i miss my mya. i cant believe its been a year since she's been gone.
funny thing is, i dont care how crazy anyone thinks i am - she visits me. there have been dreams i had, which she runs through my apt. and jumps on my bed. one day, i really needed her and i rolled over and she was there and i hugged her. Even though i got her when i was in college, she has always been my dog, i love like a baby and i know she knows that. even if "dog spirits" dont exsist, something is comforting me and i appreciate that. I miss her terribly. she was the best, smartest and most cuddly dog i will ever know.
