Indeed I do. That's mama, papa and the two remaining pups. They are total assholes, but they have lots of acres to run around on. They are my babies.
That chair they have claimed is now currently in two seperate pieces. As I said, assholes.
They're well cute, Trepid. I love EBTs. :-)
Anyone who says onions make you cry has clearly never been hit in the face with a turnip.
Thank you
Most people think they are the ugliest creatures ever created in the history of evolution :x
Offend my dogs, you offend me ... and then I get all stabby.
No way! They're adorable. I wanted an EBT but I got a SBT.

So Baxter has been doing this weird almost dry retching cough. He usually does it when he wakes up or when he has been running. It sounds like he is going to throw up – he ‘retches’ about 2-3 times and then acts like he’s going to vomit but nothing comes out? I am worried he has something caught somewhere? He has been going to the bathroom normally and he seems happy enough??
He has been doing this for maybe 2 weeks and it's only a few times a day he does it, not regularly?

Has it been since you guys boarded him? It could be kennel cough, which is easily treatable but contagious so you should keep him away from new pup.

It actually probably has been since then. I have only seen him do it like once/twice per day though? Do you think that would still be it?

It's worth checking out. If it's not kennel cough it could be something else he picked up there.
i was checking out our boarding kennels here and someone had said something to me to make sure i have my furry kids treated for kennel cough just in case. i bet thats what baxter has. its simple to treat, just a pain inthe butt. hope he gets better.
hows the new pup doing?

Good. Better then expected. They just adore each other. How cute is this pic?
I feel mean asking but do you think it would be okay to let the puppy sleep outside earlier then I did with Baxter? I don't like to separate them at night and hence they have both been sleeping inside and driving me up the wall. I think Bax was about 12-13 weeks when he went outside, and the puppy will be 10 weeks on Saturday. It's not cold here at night and they have a huge kennel and also an outside room to sleep in if they want?
they are totally adorable together! see? they will be fine! they might quarrel a few times but baxter will set him straight.
i think if your putting him outside with baxter he will do just fine really. jasmine and chevy are 10 weeks and they go outside alot. duke is 12 weeks also. they dont sleep outside over night though, i think it depends on the breed and the temperaature where you are. we get chilly here at night so they sleep in their kennel at night right now.
you can always try it and just check on them every now and then and see how he does. [s] does he have a dog house or is it like a covered back porch?[/s]
eta, im a retard and didnt fully read your post. i bet they would do fine!

It's a huge 6 foot long colourbond steel dog house - it has a foam bed in it that's huge and could fit them both.

[/quote]well geeze, i would think your dogs would be more than fine. baxter will keep him safe and warm if needed. im glad they are doing so well together!
my husbands rant: 'WHY DONT THE DOGS WANNA LAY ON MEEEEEE? :2angry:' Im all, well because IMTHE ONE WHO GETS UP WITH THEM AT 6AM TO POTTY THEM/FEED THEM/PLAY WITH THEM, THATS WHY!
he's getting jealous because his dog, little jasmine is all over me. he also got a little miffed that i told him i was taking jasmine to get her nails painted.....
please ignore my hair, my huge forehead and lack of fashion sense and no make-up. im sick and not feeling great and covered in dog. but this is how they like to lay on me.
I think Ang could be right Liv. It's best to get him checked out because he'll pass it on to the pup if it is kennel cough.
Have you named the pup yet?
V, your dogs are so cute. Looks like you've got your hands full too.

Baxter and Ralph, sounds like a sitcom.
Is he showing any signs that he might have caught the cough from Baxter?

Nope nothing yet. I looked up kennel cough and I don’t know if that’s what it is. It’s more a dry hack but for like seriously 5 seconds twice a day. I am going to take him to the vet this week
got to see my friends this weekend - they have 4 pits and 1 small dog
lap dog :D
