Is anybody else getting a download file window?

Is anybody else getting a download file window that opens as soon as you visit the site?

That happened to me the other day.  I just typed in the url for the forum and it bypassed the download box.  I'm computarded though.

Is it like trying to get you to download an anti-virus??
If it is, run YOUR anti-virus, cus it means you have a virus.
I dunno what happens if you try to download that one though, but I doubt it's what it says it is.

When it happened to me it was a download for "MyDeathSpace," not an anti-virus program or anything.  I think it had the logo and everything.

That's what i'm getting too. I didn't download it. I figured maybe someone is trying to hack the site or something.

I doubt I'll see it again.  When it popped up for me, I was using IE at my parents' house, but now I'm back home and using my Mac.  It's all up to you, Jstep!

I'm still getting it when I visit the main page.

It's a 17.5kb file. The name of the file is mydeathspace_com. I've visited this site for years and this is the first time i've ever seen this.

Hit the "print screen" button on your keyboard.

Then open MS Paint and paste. Save the file and send to me. I'm interested to see what it looks like.


Just another reason to use Firefox.

Front page is currently not loading for me when using FireFox.

I got it yesterday when I did MDS from address bar as usual. I googled MDS and was able to on from there.

FF would take longer to load when I got those pop ups because it would attempt to block.

Blame Google AdSense for not allowing us to use them. AdBrite sucks ass, but we are stuck with them.

I do that too, straight away. Except sometimes I accidentally type myspace.com/smf and it's some crappy music.
