Cops follow foot prints in the snow to catch theifs

RICHLAND, Wash. -- Police arrested two men suspected of breaking into boats at the Sun Down Marina in Richland by following footsteps in the snow from the marina to a house.

Police obtained a search warrant yesterday and made the arrests.

KEPR-TV reports the marina has been hit by burglars three times in recent weeks with thousands of dollars worth of radio and other equipment stolen.

Short story, but it made me laugh. What failures.

haha...this reminds me of one of the times i snuck out of my parents house....

....it wasnt snowing when i left, but by the time i got back at 5 am there were 2 inches of fresh snow.

yeah....i decided to wake up early and pretend to be happy about the snow and go run around in the back yard to mix up all the foot prints i had left.
too bad my grandpa was up at the crack of dawn and had already seen them...so yeah FAIL.
