I also hit the gym very regularly, but am still fat.

Hopefully after 4 months and doing the eating healthier thing I will be less fat.

I was looking at exercise bikes and treadmills. I walk everywhere anyways, but once I get in, I can't be arsed going out again. I think I'd use an exercise bike, or a treadmill.
I could have it in the garage.

I'm always positive I'll use a treadmill too because that's what I use when I actually motivate my fat ass to go to the gym, which isn't often. However I'm sure I'd use it for a few months and then it would turn into a clothes hanger or something. :lol:

oh and www.calorie-count.com is an awesome resource. And now they have a toolbar that you can download. it has an "eat meter" on it that tells you your calories and stuff. it's cool.

I'd totally do this, but I threw my scale out because I used to weigh myself at least twice a day. I'll eat as well as I possibly can, though, and keep track of everyone's progress! Good luck to all!!
