They're claiming that the ME was the one that made the wound. That's the part I'm not getting. So, she died from some mystery illness that involved her lady parts while Michael happened to be there. THEN the ME created a larger wound while examining her just to put the blame on this Michael guy. Who by all accounts has no history with him and would have no motive to do so. But it will "All Come Out" in the coming months that everyone was wrong and the guy is innocent.

For everyone that couldn't believe how she got those injuries, it was simply because they never existed. She died some something completely unrelated to sex. If you look into the medical examiner now you will see he has many overturned cases and more pending review as of this year. Gabriela did not die at the hands of Michael. The medical examiner falsified the autopsy and the injuries and it will be coming out very soon to the extent that the medical examiner went to turn an unexpected natural death into murder. It's much safer to assume not everything on TV is true and unless you know everything or are personal with each case there is room for lies and deception. When someone has immunity to create and say whatever story they want to convict someone and get paid over a million a year to do so not caring about who is affected most would. This is a prime example of wrongful conviction. As for the proof give it a few months and you'll see the headlines and then everyone will change around and say "how could a medical examiner do that to a dead body" and then everyone will realize all her injuries he showed the court was done post mortem at his table by his scalpel and the injury that "sexual assault homicide 14-inch wound tract" ya, that one, it never existed, there's not a single photo of such injury ever occurring to her. So unless you really see the facts of each and every case and are aware of every single piece of evidence not just what the media posts and understand that the prosecutor can and does hide evidence that can assist the defense you can't assume everyone is guilty from a messed up system. It'll be incredibly sad when her family realizes she did not die from a gruesome murder but something she mistook for her menstruation. Michael just happened to be in the house and if someone else had done her autopsy earlier, they would have seen what actually killed her and there would have been no conviction. Simple. County Paid White Medical Examiner, a white Sgt of homicide, a white prosecutor that was running for attorney general the year after, a white judge, and a white all-female jury other than one male juror against one Mexican man. Read between the lines. This is tactical, quick, and executed with no remorse for the body of the "victim" and the man convicted. Now when you see it like that, you see why nothing added up, and when you look at it like that, like the truth, well it just makes you even more understanding of what happens when people have power and money to do whatever they want with. For any specific information no she did not die of a mysterious illness, she did not die from injury to her vaginal cavity. The M.E. has resigned, been sued, and has been involved in multiple cases in which he falsified evidence. There have been cases dating back to 2003 in which the M.E falsified sexual assault tests, injuries, and even added injuries to the body to coincide with what he was then to testify to in trial for the prosecutors. He has been sued by multiple exonerated individuals Michael Hansen to name just one, most recent is Thomas Rhodes whose conviction was vacated due to false testimony at trial. Upon speaking with Rhodes multiple medical examiners also testified after that a few of the injuries were post-mortem and that the M.E could not distinguish the difference likely because he was not thinking he would ever be accused of such. The same medical examiner also prominently uses sexual assault to gain a higher conviction and just recently falsified a sexual assault claim on the Dru Sjodin case as well which resulted in an actually guilty man getting the death sentence tossed out. Everyone tends to believe the police and the Medical examiners but when there is a hidden piece that the police and the medical examiner work together and when a medical examiner works for the states and makes money off conviction rates they tend to falsify things. Another M.E Fred Zain is a famous one. However, in Michael's situation, there is an actual photo, video, statement, autopsy, and testimonial documentation that reveals a few key pieces in his case. One, she did not have any of the external injuries that were portrayed to the court. Those injuries were all post-mortem. Not only are there crime scene photos and video there are also statements and testimony of EMS and CSI that overviewed her entire body and reported no external injuries. Not to mention the M.E.'s report also did not mention 1 injury in specific that was depicted in the court as well. M.E. declared all injuries to be done antemortem and with a fist, however, the injuries visible only on one autopsy photo were able to be determined to be post-mortem, as well as done with a sharp foreign object such as a scalpel. M.E. stated they were "overstretch" however there was no tearing just clean lines with no bruising or blood present. Not even to mention the CSI video and photos also show that same area of her body with none of those injuries. However, those photos and footage were not used in the trial and were not disclosed to Michael until recently. There was also a photo that was not used in the trial discovered from the medical examiner's files that reveal no internal laceration that led to a wound tract which was what the M.E stated was the cause of death. M.E. instead of showing that photo hand drew the alleged injuries in the trial. There was also a photo from the M.E. office that reveals a rupture in the right fallopian tube that resulted in the hemoperitoneum that caused her death. That is as far as I can personally go, pieces will fit together. I personally do not know Michael, I have been working on cases for decades that include the same medical examiner and recently had access to Michael's files upon another individual's reach out to me after release who had done 10 years with Michael. There was no sexual assault, there was no murder. There was menstruation sex hours prior to her death and they also had been dating on and off since grade school as her family reported. She was not a hookup, she was a mother of 4 who died unfortunately of a rupture, her death was not at the hands of anyone and because of her sweet nature and her family-first mindset, she only assumed she was menstruating and put her health aside. It was a tragic demise that could have been prevented with surgery however considering she had no idea without medical intervention she would have sadly passed that evening or the next day had she not consumed alcohol that thinned her blood. There is a lot that this case holds and I for one have never seen so much physical evidence that proves innocence. The majority of cases I've worked on include misidentification, recanted testimony, or DNA that proves the individual was not even at the scene. It happens but it is a rare occasion I see a medical examiner go to this extent for a conviction. I have seen minor details that have had cases thrown out but even the police misconduct, in this case, is astonishing. I can say confidently Michael's trial attorney likely was paid to throw the case, considering any medical examiner would have been able to prove the M.E otherwise. The attorney did not let him testify, and provided no investigation, no external medical examiner opinion, and no defense. This case should have been thrown before it even became a case. This poor woman was subjected to injuries and mistreatment and then put on a screen for her family and children to see in a manner they should not have. The M.E. purposefully did not test her urine or blood for certain things and hid certain images for reasons. The cause of death was false, the testimony was false, and her poor body endured such disgrace I hope the M.E. does get reprimanded for his actions. However, he is 75 now so I do not believe that will be the case. With that I say, I hope that this brings insight into some of you who spoke negatively about Michael, and maybe even gives some drive to look into other medical examiners that falsified autopsies for money.
